Saturday hunt...

Dave had a late night last night... so our start time today was pushed to 11:00.

Of course I wasn't going to waste the early morning hours so I hit the place I found the gold Army ring and 3 silver dimes about a month ago.

I was happy to find a Merc, an IH and a 1939 coin from Brazil (an ugly coin for sure). I was quite surprised to hit the old IH there. I didn't think the place held some old ones.

Then it was off to meet Dave for some hunting. Not a lot to write home about, but I did pick up a nice piece of jewelry and another Buffalo.

Yeah, it's quite bent. It was down about 7-8 inches or so. Definitely deeper than most of the other coins I have pulled from there. The coin from Brazil was just about as deep.

Really nice finds there! Silver always makes for a good hunt, and I like that jewelry piece. It's very unique and looks old.

Not sure. Dave and I both guessed amber too. There is a very nice teal colored small stone right below the orange one.
