Saturday Outing With The Crew

Saturday was a nice day here in Ohio with temps hitting 60 degrees, Doug, Paul and I went out door knocking and got permissions from 3 of the houses. First was a promising 1812 house but amazingly not much other than clad was found. Moved on to an early 1900's house and we had better results, I got a wheat and Paul got a wheat but Doug did well he got two crotal bells, a skeleton key, a 1950 Rosey and a 1945-S War Nickel. We moved on to another house mid 1880's and got permission but the man said someone else had hunted it just the week before. Well they did not get everything since Doug got an 1891 Indian and Paul two early wheats and I got a 1936 Buffalo that was 9 deep! So we did not make great finds but did have a good time together.

Video is a compilation of several hunts.

WTG on taking advantage of the nice weather and getting permission! It's very rewarding to hit a site that has been hit recently and pulling some nice oldies like you did!

Nice variety of finds! Hard times token, silver, indian head, bufallo nickel, etc.

Very enjoyable video, as always! Thanks for sharing! thumbsup01

That's right, nobody gets it all. Very nice that you were able to hunt 3 old homes and everybody got some keepers.
