"Man wouldn't it be embarrassing if a metal detectorist lost his own key while out hunting?!" ...and then you realize by the time you get back to your car it has become a self fulfilling prophecy?!!! So only the second hunt of the year for me; just getting back into the swing of things (see what I did there?)... And I'm still using this damn bounty hunter... That CTX 3030 can't get here fast enough!! But a quick report: last week: one whole zincholn...

Two dimes, still clad
One nickel
One top of a fence post, cheap galvanized
One zipper pull
And two chewed up pencil eraser metal pieces!
Hardest $0.50 I've ever earned! And I swear to goodness earthworms are made of metal!
