I detected for about 2 hours yesterday at a house I think is from the 1930s. It appears on the 1938 aerial photos. I was disappointed at the lack of old coins but the day wasn't a total loss. I also detected the farm field next to the house and found a few relics.
Here are my finds for the day;

The ornate spoon was in the farm field. I found the bowl first and then the handle nearby.

This buckle was also in the farm field, hence the tarnish. On the back it says "STERLING SILVER 14K GOLD PLATED".

This old pocket watch frame was in the front yard.

For the fourth hunt in a row I found a padlock.

This tag is stamped with the numeral 2 on both sides.

This 1959-D Washington Quarter is the only silver coin I found.

Thanks for looking and happy hunting!
