This afternoon I spent a few hours detecting at a Park and picked up a few silver pieces - an old sterling silver pendant, a 1908-O Barber quarter, a 1908 Barber dime, and two mercury dimes, dated 1937 and 1945.

It looks like the weather will be great for the next few days so I'll be looking forward to the weekend. :happydance01:

WOW!! Great finds for your treasure chest!! Looks like the month of great Barber quarters, yours looks to be in as good of conditon as the 1903 I found. Silver dimes are a bonus. The old pendant is really cool too, looks to be from the early 1900's with that lettering type on the back:huh: Beautiful day wasn't, was excellent here in the Southern Tier of NY albeit I had to work all day long  :bangshead01:. I'm going out this evening.

Yeah, I do think the pendant has some age to it. The day has been great - sunny, but not too hot. It was a pleasure to be outdoors.

Nice Barbers :thumbsup01: That '45 Merc was new when she was dropped too. Great hunt, I'm jealous. Stuck working all day too! :ticked:
