silver solder

yea I ask a lot of ? what is the % of silver solder that the a/c guys use to braze the copper pipe . as im working I see them thowing away a lot of 4-5 inch pieces. any thoughts on it ?
im not a scraper or a thief just a sparky that makes the a/c hum.

talked to an a/c guy today most of the silver solder is 15% but can go up to 40%
