Small yard yields big silver

Oh how I love thee silver... :smitten: Took advantage of a For Rent sign in the yard of house built in 1931 and got an okay from the landlord. Found the 1939 Walker and 1949 Washington around two feet apart about 4 deep. I dug the 925 Thailand silver ring at an old city park-nope not a real diamond crying01 next to an ancient sandbox...

I love the Remington pocket knife- perfect condition! It was several inches down in a different city park. Not sure of the age, it says Sportsman Series on one of two blades. Thanks for looking!

lol have you missed me? It's so exciting to see that contrast of silver in the soil :) I love relics and coppers and such, but my favorite is definately silver.

Awsome recovery's Tana, silver is always nice, but a hunt that ends with a ring is super, real pretty one at that :beerbuddy:

Awesome finds Tana !! Way to go on the big Silver , the Walker is especially nice. :clapping: thumbsup01 8).That house looks to have a nice warm feel to it and not scrunched in by neighboring houses , I like it.
A lot of turf there , are you going to get another shot at it ?

Hey Baba! Thanks- actually it's a very small yard- on out there is city property though (I think?) With a creek running through it. It's U.K. college campus (city??)

:shocked04: Awesome silver... love the WLH! <:
Glad to hear your 'for rent' hunch paid out. The half sure must have been a pretty sight when you first caught glimpse of her. :daydream:
Congrats Tana. :clapping:

Oh, wow Tana! That's awesome. What a great hunt. That little locket looks to be old as well. Nothing like the feeling of pulling big Silver out of the ground. I would go back and spend some more time there if you get the chance.
