substandard outing

Had to talk myself into going for a dig today. Was nice to have a day off but really wasn't in the mood for going out as my knee is once again acting up. Started on a playing field then hit a beach and stepped into hole under some seaweed which ended my day. 14 short of quota. Pro was top notch on this outing. Only 6 sleeps till off to the UK....oh joy.

I didn't go out after work because it's 90 and humid here. I hope your knee feels better again and you reach your quota the next time out...and heal up for your trip. Hey, did you ever see my tribute post to you?

Take it easy for about 6 days or so is my opinion.

You need to get one of those copper type knee braces, you never know. Nice finds and take care of the knee. WD
