Hit a local community park built 1960's. Got in about 1.5 hours before I had had to pack up and head to work >:#. Did manage to find a '58 Rosie and '44, '45, and '53 Wheat. Also got a bunch of clad. Doesn't seem hunted out, coins every couple of steps. Will have to hit again when time allows. Happy Hunting all! :beerbuddy:

Who ever thought op the idea of working 5 days and off two needs    :hairpulling: we should be off 5 and work two :daydream: :daydream:Nice short hunt thumbsup01

Most people won't bother with that new of a park. But the clad adds up and coins were silver during the first couple years of that park's existence. Plus pocket change can even produce a Mercury or two. Add the fact that gold and silver jewelry can be found, and that makes them era parks worth hunting. Have fun with it. It already gave up one silver :clapping:

No, this is a different one. We can hit it this weekend if you want. I'm off next week , give me a call if you want to get out during the week.

Yes, sounds like a promising site for a variety of goodies.
Lots of clad, silver and wheats says there is definitely more there.
Good luck on your next trip.
