Token?

I found this tonight along with the 27, 36 and 45 wheats. I am almost sure it is a token but wanted to see what Y'all had to say about it.

The question should be, What kind of token is it? :dontknow:

I believe it is some sort of amusement token...much older, probably from the 50's or 60's

That is the only marking on it. The other side is blank. There was a circus held on this site back in the 30s so I am guessing that is where it came from. I just thought I would have a little fun with it, that is why I posted it the way I did. :grin:

Just a hunch I had! lol It is not aluminum. When I first dug it I thought it was a nickel. It has weight for it's size. The owner of the property mentioned the circus in the 30s and also said that there was a steakhouse a little further up the road as well as a juke joint that existed into the early 60s. All the coins we have found date from 1908-1945.

Must be brass then? Had some white color that made me think it was aluminum.
