I found this token/tag last Sunday. It is from the Masons annuity in Atlanta, Ga. and dates 1900. One side reads "to identify telegraph this number 6658 to ?? (Masons?) annuity, Atlanta, Ga." Best I can get from the other side is Masons Annuity/ 1900. There appears to be a star shape in the center. I can't make out what is on the right edge.
From what I have found, it is an emergency notification like today's life alert devices, only a much slower response time.:lol:
