Hiked through a mile of scrub oak to get to one of my sites. Pickings have been slim there but it gave up some goodies yesterday. I dug a War of 1812 1st Artillery Regiment button a dateless Draped Bust copper, a thin copper ring, old purse top etc.Lodge

It's always rewarding to find something, anything really, after a hard hike! Congrats on your assortment of goodies. I really like the design on that dandy button, too! Thanks for sharing. Best wishes and happy digging! Dave.

It looks like there are still some nice targets at that site! The button is extremely cool and the Draped Bust is nothing to sneeze at! I would faint if I ever found one here in Illinois.Congrats on the successful hunt! 👏🏻
