Got out today and pulled 19 wheaties 8), the oldest being 1915, and a pair of silvers happydance02, as well as an 8 gram silver pendant :happydance01:. My normal ratio is closer to 2.5 wheaties to silver, so that took a real beating today. The rosie was pretty much my last target before I had to get back to work, so at one point I was looking at 19 wheaties per 1 silver. :embarrassed:
I couldn't believe this one small section, about 10x20 feet, where I couldn't swing the coil without hitting one. No clad, little trash, no silver, just wheaties. Someone with a shallow machine had cleaned everything else out. Ironically, neither silver was found anywhere near that section.
