Wheats and Silver

Went out with Robw for a couple of hunts this weekend. I won't spoil Rob's post but he had a great weekend. We started out at a house I secured permission to hunt, I managed 3 wheats, 1952 rosie, my first silver with the v3i. Rob had a family obligation so I was going to go curbing when my old boss called and said to come over to the house he just bought in Springfiled. Turn of the century Victorian, got 6 wheats and a 1943 washington. Sunday Rob and I went to a farm that I have been hitting for over two years, only managed 2 wheats, one of them 1910. Sorry no pictures yet, working on it. Thanks for reading this and warmer days are coming right....

Had a lot of fun with Al this weekend, he had some good digs thumbsup01...have to figure out how to at least get him to use the camera function on his cell phone

Nice! :clapping: Congrats on the silver and wheats. 1910... that's an oldie.
Sounds like you have lots of nice hunting areas. thumbsup01

Everybody thanks for the kind words. I am in western Ma(the good half). I must say its alot of laughs when detecting with rob. I don't even have to talk, I just listen to him talking to himself. It was nice to break the silver curse. I have been experiencing my wireless headphones shutting off on me. Read a post and it said to take some self sticking foam insulation and put it inside the cover to give some preasure on the batteries. Gonna give that a try, has anybody else had this same problem?

Told you that you should have bought a Minelab......all White's does is buy their headphones from rodioshack and change the label...didn't you see the sticker over it! rofl
