Had the pleasure again to meet up with Digger Don. Had a slow start, but did get a skeleton key in a parkway! Love finding them. Anyway was back and forth with Don constantly trying to pull ahead of me! Finished off the day in an 1830s yard. We’ve passed the house before but always looked bundled up with no one there. Well this time lady was pulling weeds out front! Got a yes and away we go. Pulled the 1898 barber quarter out front, a real screamer. Closed up the hole and passed the coil one more time and had the same signal! Got the no date Standing liberty next. What a fun day! The medal is for a wood burning stove company founded in 1867.

Pretty good haul! Don is a tough one to out hunt. He doesn't miss much and seems to have a nose of where to drop the coil and find big old silver.
