Had to share this...

This afternoon I took my daughter shopping and we went to an antique store in our local downtown area (small town). It was really a great store, I love antique stores, for the obvious reason I guess... anyway, my daughter was pointing things out and exclaiming over them and asking questions about what things were used for, etc. Then she suddenly asked Mom, how did they get this stuff so clean? I look at her, puzzled... what does she mean? Then I got it... and said Sweetie, they didn't dig this stuff out of the ground! lol These things just came from people who had them in their houses for a long time.

Poor kid, what have I done to her lol

lol Good one... I was in an antique shop last week, and a little girl asked her mother, This stuff is all old, why would you want it? I chuckled and smiled at the mom. RickO
