:peace: that is exactly what I hope for in my new area that I'm going to work this summer... I found a new spot that used to be a camp during the war of 1812 and became a school site then a park. great fun to see those pictures.

:omg: :wow: What more can I say. That someone has not all ready said. :clapping: :congrats: on some awesome finds! Do you ever get a deep signal that disappears after you have dug down quit far?

I have experienced that as well, where very deep signals - 10+ - seem to disappear once a plug is cut and some soil is removed. However, I make it a point to dig deeper in order to check the hole with my probe in order to again detect the target. I have found many old coppers at parks by doing so. I just keep reminding myself that the machine is telling me that there is metal under the coil, reacting to something under it. Otherwise I would just give up on the target too easily. :)
