It sounds like you have an ideal situation there. I would definitely be hitting that area again. Love the Fugio! That would be a dream find for me!

:congrats:

Nice score on the Fugio :clapping: Next time your are detecting with your boss, plant a replica Pine Tree shilling. When he finds it, he'll be so ecstatic you can hit him up for a big fat raise right then and there.;) Don't be rechecking your boss's dug holes either. If you do, at least don't tell him you found something that he missed. Good luck on those other cellar holes.:crossfingers:

Congrats on the Fugio. Don't need to see the date on that one to know it's a 1787  Nice to have your boss hunting with you.

wow some great types of coinage being found this past weekend !!

Gary sounds like a great area to detect i hope you two continue to recover some nice finds:crossfingers:
the fugio is a very difficult one to try to id , most of the key areas are either covered with verdigris , not lighted well enough or too rough to see clearly to attribute. maybe Don can chime in with the answer , I just don't see enough to decide .

You're going to have to hide some of your keepers so as not to outdo the boss:lol: I think you have a winner site there!
