1939 Michigan Trailer Tags

Went to a school yard very close to our house for an hour before dinner tonight and found this. I had hit some very deep sheet metal a few minutes earlier and thought I had more. I thought it was in quit good condition, with lots of paint still. The damage seen was not me. It appears to have been folded in half but it was laying flat when I dug it. 1939 Michigan Trailer plates I though was a cool find, a first for me anyway. Also found a "79 Susan B Anthony dollar this morning I posted a video for.

One thing about detecting....you never know what your going to find. Tack it up in your garage as a trophy.

I wasn't even aware trailer tags were required yet in '39, but then different states have different laws. Heck, I didn't even know until recently that they required dog licences in many areas back in the 1800's either.
