Got this KG II today and another toasted copper , cornfield , ulster co. NY

Way to rescue those old coins from the corn field, lost for over 200 years but now safe from further deterioration.

congrats on the early George II , Rondoutcreek |:cheering: its a young head type bust so the date can only be from 1729 to 39 .

THANKS ALL , and yes the fertilizer does a number on them for sure , I have about a dozen or so that are just about smooth with no possible way to ID !!!

Congrats on your coppers :clapping: Maybe they will come up with a way to view the smooth ones in the future. Them we will all have a lot of fun with all our wiped coppers lol I can't remember my last 2 copper day :thinkingabout:
 
:congrats: Actually it doesn't look as bad as some of them that I've found. Who know, you might still have a chance getting a date.
