Finds from last couple weekends

On Saturday Dec 8th meet with Rob, Dave and his wife at old park and we detected for few hours there before moving to other park. That day found 1928 and 1941d Mercs, 1952d Rosie and 1926 half schilling from Osterreich. Next day finally had chance to meet Tony aka two cent . (great guy :yes Timmy aka Il Digger, Rob aka Tech125 and Ted for few hours hunt at old park. Weather was very cold, windy and raining but I still have a great time hunting with group of friends. My finds from that hunt 1902 Barber Half, 1906 Barber Quarter, 1892 and 1894 Barber dimes, 1919s Merc, 1888 V-Nickel, 1927 and 1935 Buffs, 1884 and 1899 IH's. Last Saturday went with Rob and detected few more old parks finding 1902 V- Nickel, two sterling religioues pendants and bunch of wheat cents. Also found small silver clasp, girls scout pin, 1940 Illinois chauffeur badge, Lucky wheat cent token. Thanks for looking and HH. Mike

You definitely kicked our butts that day, Mike! Wow, look at those Barbers! I didn't realize that one of the Barber Dimes you found was an 1894, that's a relatively scarce date. An 1888 V Nickel isn't too common either! That good luck token in your hat really works! To this day I still have never found a Barber Half. Someday!
