from a Whites detector user for 22 years......do I get my mouth washed out with soap:huh:thinkingabout: :eyebrow:
Sweet rofl Got my silver fix Thanks! lol I started briefly with a Radioshack @ 1971ish and soon after a Bounty hunter Rebel and Outlaw (the old ones) and then got to use a brand spankin' new White's Coinmaster V Supreme :shocked04: WOW what a machine. Been with White's right through the DFX, but discovered Minelab after being repeatedly shelled by all the silver pictures. It didn't help that a buddy of mine, new to detecting, got a beautiful Seated Quarter with his EX II right after I walked over it with my DFX 8/. I was not happy :crying02: But I have found tons of great finds with that DFX. :smitten:
Robbie i would bet that you know how i feel about the classics, but i am willin to hear and see what other people like. thumbsup01
I started with a Relco Frontiersman, then a Garrett, a Bounty Hunter Red Baron, a Fisher, another Garrett, a Tesoro, a Whites 6000 D, a Whites 5900, a Whites 3900, a Whites Classic III, and now my present detectors, a Whites M6 and Whites IDX.
I feel your pain. lol Between the Coinmaster V and the DFX there were many detectors. Even a Garrett Masterhunter? and a CXIII? (talking unit). I Think I had them about a week each before they went back lol It was almost habit to get the next White's when you got that glossy flyer lol Those were the days :thinkingabout:
Hi Dimeman. I just came over to join the crowd.
