Dave, those coins are beautiful. CWN pulls those large 3 ringers at every turn. I've yet to see one. This hunt must have been a lot of fun for you thumbsup01

Wow Dave that KG looks fantastic, the barber don't stink either lol Another great hunt congrats!!

Awesome hunt ! I find it amazing, that you just now found your first 3 ringer also ! Love them crotal bells. :happydance01: :happydance01: :happydance01: :happydance01:

:wow: Sweet coin finds. Great Barber! Are those pistol grips? Whats the story on them? In the same hole? What would they fit?

Great finds Dave, I particularly like the rosettes. I'm assuming the silver one is pewter?. The cellar hole is a beauty. I must say
you do a great job cleaning all your finds right away. I wish I was as prompt. congrats on a great hunt. :perfect10:

That is a super King George copper. That one will actually impress people even if they are not wearing their eyeglasses?

That KG cleaned up great! Nice date! Those are some other great finds too :envious:

What are those in the last pic? Handles to something?

Great finds Rob. That KG must have been droped when it was fairly new. The boat ride to America couldn't have been to long before it was dropped.

I'm more interested in the pistol plates or whatever they call them. It's hard to tell what they are made of since everything is yellowed. Are they silver ? It appears and I'm no expert that the went over the wood part of the gun as a decorative plate. If anyone knows guns, they might be able to tell what kind of gun it may have been. Someone who owned the gun must have been very wealthy. Just wondering where the gun went ?

Wow I just realized how small the plates are. The gun must have been one of those guns that a lady might have kept in her purse or something. They don't look more than a few inches in length . Probably a small caliber bullet more for protection than hunting. I would bring them to a antique gun collector and see if thy can ID it. It should have some numbers on the grips unless they were custom and one of a kind which equals $$.

they are white cast metal with a silverish plating on them.the plating is falking in some areas.kinda heavy duty for a childs toy gun but then again i don't know
