The last thing in the world you want is to hear me sing! I will need to find someone else that can really sing and maybe I will do that! I did another song parody for a friend that metal detects and does privy digging as well it was to the tune of Devo's Whip It I won't post that unless there is an overwhelming demand for it....at least one person has to ask for it! :cheesysmile:

The pictures are of an east Dayton Ohio privy dig, participants were Steve aka Dayton Digger, who is opening up the dig, Manny holding the crock, Tony aka Bell-Two in his bibs, Diane my wife and Phil who is an expert privy digger.

Yep its winter here so I gotta do something :frozen:

Last December we dug two privies behind an old hotel they were next to each other, one was a wood liner that is the oldest type and the other was a brick liner we got well over 90 intact bottles including some very rare ones. There were some cobalt blue and some from a small Shaker town in Ohio that was a medicine bottle and some blob top beer bottles and a lot of other things as well. Just a couple of pictures to illustrate what can be found.
