PINPOINTERS JUST DON'T LAST

I have three DX-1's. They all turn off immediately after flipping the switch.

it's an old keyboard can't find the caps button and none of the keys are in alphabetical order

My PP has been acting up lately too. Same problem... won't click off.

Usually when this happens, I take the little rubber piece off and blow out the inside of the unit. Apply just a little upward pressure
to all four sides of the inside stem. Then depress the stem as usual. This will turn it off for me.

It's kind of an intermittent thing for me right now. I can go two or three hunts with no problems... then it shows up again. >:(

I figure if it lasts the rest of this year... I'll be happy and worry about it next year.
