Saturday went to an old farm house and was about done when someone related to the owner told me it been hunted 2 times before me. Sunday went on a park hunt where I got the merc and 6 wheats. HH

So, you got the large cent, two-cent piece, and the 1865 Indian Head at the farm house that had been hunted by someone before you? It looks like they missed some great stuff! Those are awesome coins! You had a terrific weekend! Congrats on the super finds!

Yep, never hunt any place that has been hunted by someone else before you rofl You will only find great coins there :loveit: There is some satisfaction to getting them after hearing them kind of tales :embarrassed: 
Nice looking rosette too. I'd say that was a real nice hunt and I would ask the owner if I could waste my time digging there again lol

Congrats on the great coins. You've got to feel really good that you got the coins at the farms after two others had hunted it.
