I know. Buy a couple of cheap metal detectors and tell everyone in the family they must buy their own clothes and help pay some bills. So let's get digging everyone lol thumbsup01

Wow I bet that was exciting to see the results Steve! Just say NO to the $250 blue jeans with holes and grass stains your daughter wants! lol

So the curiosity of how much you've found ----didn't get the best of you during those 3 yrs? I pretty much roll mine as I go along-I just counted and totalled my clad year at $143.21 and total of 2018 coins. You did really good in the clad arena compared to me!

Stevem if you are so inclined to donate your stash, you could send it to the Stout Foundation, a very worthwhile cause. Will send address if you are interested?

Back in the 70's, 80's it was the thing to save all your finds, coins, junk, jewelry, etc., and then take a photo. The mfg used to love it and would use them in their ads. I fell into that trap myself. Then suddenly I realized I had useable, cold hard cash at my disposal. I cashed in all my clad and purchased
a few key and semi-key coins. Glad I did...they have appreciated a great deal over the years.

All the money has been donated already... to the electric company  I have saved everything since I started detecting. Not anymore. Now just 3 jars. 1 for silver, 1 for gold and 1 for neat relics. Time to downsize. 5 machines will be going up for sale too. The M6 is the 1 I use 99.9% of the time. Thats a keeper.
