I've been sitting here for a few minutes - watching those strange little guys above the text box make gestures at me. The one with the tongue has me worried. But I'm sure I'll find a use for it. (Little guy never seems to get tired.)
Anyway, I get to swing a little - now and then. I've used a bunch of Garretts and a couple of White's and finally bought a Tesoro Silver - which made me sell all my other machines. I'm a lazy digger - don't really want to dig deep holes (too much work.) I prefer to pop my finds out of the ground with an awl. And I'm not into super-complex machines with graphs and software upgrades and too many adjustments. That's why I like the Tesoro - analog simplicity - I only need to remember to turn it on.
I work vampire hours - so I do most of my detecting at dawn. This works-out great since I don't like to detect in front of people.
