I wanna know how much of a difference in volume

I was wondering I wanted to get your opinons on deep silver or any good target for that matter how much does volume change as the target gets deeper.

I use deep = on so I never notice any change.

If you have the setting Volume Gain set to the maximum of 30 then all targets - deep and shallow - should sound off with a like volume level. If you prefer to differentiate between a deep and shallow target however, you need to dial down the setting to 28 or lower. I find 28 does a good job so I currently have it as my preferred setting.

Even with the volume gain set to 30,will the volume decrease on very deep targets (10+)or does the signal get to where its just not as pronounced?
