Unearthed a piece of silver this morning.

Went out in the backyard for about 45 minutes this morning for a little practice before the rain started and found this little cutie when I cleaned it of I noticed I had hit it with my digger, bummer. crying01

We won't tell anybody about your digging technique Been there.... just this year when I scratched an 1894 Barber quarter :angry: How come we always gouge the date side:huh: :grin: Hope you get a couple more when the rain stops

I live in the oldest house in Northport, Maine. (1779) on 41 acres. Just a Wee Butt and Ben.
